Get Directions (Without the Wife Knowing)

Sometimes it comes in handy to extend a view over several monitors.  This is possible using Targus Universal Docking Stations.  In Windows, left click and hold a corner (or side) of the window and drag the mouse over the monitors to extend it; just like you would with one monitor.  The example in this screen clip is an IE browser window of the Google Maps site expanded over three monitors.

  1. That is a great tip! I “see it happen” all the time when dragging windows around, but never thought of the multi-screen view approach. Thanks!
