During the initial setup and installation of any Universal USB 3.0 Docking Station it’s critical to update your laptop’s (or Windows 8 Pro tablet’s) USB 3.0 Host Controller AND Display Adapter Drivers BEFORE installing the DisplayLink dock drivers.
