Many users who work with OS-X often feel unsupported when raising platform issues issues in PC-based enterprises. The standard recommendation is for an expensive hardware upgrade to a current OS-X-based platform as a “fix” to the issue. This is common with external monitors, especially non-branded Apple and USB monitors.
